    HOW TO USE

    CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

    Take 1 capsule 2 times per day.

    The standard recommended dose (100mg/daily)

    Weeks 1-4:

    • 1 capsule in the morning
    • 1 capsule in the evening

    Weeks 5-6:

    • Break

    Weeks 7-10

    • 1 capsule in the morning
    • 1 capsule in the evening

    Weeks 11-12:
